Vision – It is our vision to develop a generation of young leaders who will work diligently to improve themselves and the world around them.
Mission – Preparing young learners to be globally competent, conscious and competitive servant leaders through key mentoring relationships and rigorous professional development opportunities.

Faith – the symbol of the cross represents religious faith only. Historically, the cross represent the Christian community, which is extremely diverse. However, the cross in our organization represents the broader term of faith, which transcends a specific religion or philosophy.

Community – the heart represents caring for local, national and international communities to include neighborhoods, states, nations, and specific countries. Expressing kindness, giving of ones time, talent and resources to uplift, protect and nurture the people and the environment is integral to the development of the ES.

Scholarship – the scroll represents scholarship; High academic performance. Maintaining a 3.5 GPA, and participating in programs that enhance learning and affirm human development.

Leadership – the star represents leadership. As a stars give direction, so leaders are to give direction to those around them. Preparing ES members to effectively follow and lead is vitally critical.

The Scholar Programs:
The Goals of the Scholars Program:
- To partner with local schools or districts to enhance curriculum offerings to young learners.
- To highlight the achievement of individual students by means of external and internal reward systems.
- To create a cultural shift among young learners regarding “intelligence”, “high performance”, and “coolness”. Students are required to wear uniforms to highlight their specific achievements as academicians.
- To reaffirm the importance of high achievement by requiring a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 as a basic entrance requirement.
- To help young learners engage college life strategically, actively and practically.
- To practically broaden the networking opportunities of young learners through internships, jobs and mentoring.
- To develop servant and transformational leaders who are equipped to tackle the global issues of the 21 st century.
